Blue Ridge and North Beach Homes for Sale in Seattle

The private picturesque Blue Ridge and North Beach neighborhoods are known for their gorgeous views of the Puget Sound and Seattle skyline.

Blue Ridge and North Beach History

The Blue Ridge Project started in 1927 but slowed to a near halt during the Great Depression of the 1930's. However, World War II brought prosperity back to the area and by 1950, more than half the lots were occupied by upper middle-class families. This community had been planned as a residential park, with access to a community club, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a private beach. Today, many of these characteristics still apply with this quiet, well-kept neighborhood nestled in amongst the hustle and bustle of the booming city of Seattle.

North Beach is a private beach on the Puget Sound with club access based on neighborhood boundaries in the Blue Ridge/North Beach community. For a map of specific homes in the North Beach access area, visit the North Beach Club Community Boundary Map here.
